NOTIFICATION

The following is the short List containing the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of  STAFF NURSE  on Rs. 4500-7000/- in the HEALTH SERVICES DEPARTMENT [Category No. 15/2006] in Wayanad DISTRICT on the basis of the Objective type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 16/09/2006.

The Register Numbers are arranged in their sequence and the arrangement does not, in any way indicate their respective rank on the basis of the said Test.

Alphabet ‘W’ shall be prefixed to all numbers to indicate Wayanad District.

Note:   1:            Inclusion of register numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis.  Inclusion of register Number in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.

Note:   2:            The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.

Note:   3:            Candidates whose register numbers are included in the Short List are directed to send self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application, i.e., qualification, date of birth, community and other benefits, if any to which they are entitled to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Wayanad within 15 days from the date of publication of this Notification.  The Register Numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit and whose applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the Short List without further notice.

The candidates who have secured 39 (Thirty nine) marks and above are included in the Main List of the Short List.  The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists.

The candidates belonging to other Backward Classes included in the Short List, who are required to produce Non creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P) No.36/2000/SC/STDD Dated 27/05/2000 shall produce the same along with the Other documents mentioned above or as and when called for, such candidates in the  main list who fail to produce the required Non creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as open competition candidates.  As regards, such

candidates in the supplementary lists of other backward classes, their register numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non creamy Layer Certificate.

The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course.

Re-checking of answer scripts will not be allowed before publishing the Ranked List.
