            Following are the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of UP School Assistant (Malayalam Medium) on Rs. 4000 – 6090 in the Education Department (Category No. 88/2005) in Thiruvananthapuram District on the basis of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 17.12.2005.

            The Register Numbers are arranged in their sequence and the arrangement does not in any way indicate the respective Rank on the basis of the Objective Type (OMR) Test. Each Register Number shall be prefixed by the alphabet “T” indicating Thiruvananthapuram District.

MAIN LIST

SUPPLEMENTARY LISTS

The candidates who have obtained 79 marks and above are included in the Main list of this Short List.  The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under Supplementary Lists. 

The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List who are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificates as per GO(P) No.36/2000/SC/ ST/DD dated 27.05.2000 shall produce the same at the time of Interview.  Such candidates in the main list who fail to produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of Community and will be considered as Open Competition candidates. As regards such candidates in the Supplementary Lists of Other Backward Classes, their register numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate.

The place, date and time of interview will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed.  But answer scripts will be rechecked if the prescribed fee of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 STATE PSC 99 Examination Fee”. A period of one month`s  time each for rechecking will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of publication of Short List or  Ranked List .  The Candidates can avail only one chance either after the publication of Short List or after the Publication of the Ranked List. 

        Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.  Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the Short List are advised to refer to Notification No. ERII/UPSA/193/ 06/EW dated 19.05.2006 for the register numbers of invalidated answer scripts and the reasons thereof.

            Valid applications for rechecking together with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thiruvananthapuram, Pattom Palace PO, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 004 should reach this office within 30 days from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission.  Applications for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

            The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

            In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

            The inclusion of candidates in the Supplementary List of OBC (Hindu/Nadar) & SIUC/AI are provisional subject to the final judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
