The candidates who have secured 70 (Seventy) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the Supplementary Lists.
Note 1: Inclusion of Register Numbers in this
list is purely provisional subject to absolute scrutiny of applications. Inclusion
in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidates to be called for
interview and subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.
Note 2: The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate
in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any
stage.
Note 3: Candidates included in the Short List are directed to produce in person
relevant certificates to prove their claims made in the application ie., Qualification,
Date of Birth, Community and Other benefits if any, they are entitled to, before
the District Officer, KPSC District Office, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM
on 31/3/2006 at 10.30 a.m.
The candidates belonging to Backward Classes included in the Short List are to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P)No.36/2000/SC/ST/DD dated: 27.05.2000 shall produce the same at the time of interview. Those in the Main List who failed to produce the required Non-Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition candidates. The Register Numbers of candidates, who are liable to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificates and included in the Supplementary Lists of Backward Classes, will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non-Creamy Layer Certificates.
The date, time and place of interview of the PH Candidate included in the list, will be intimated in due course.
