The following is the probability List containing the register numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be included in the rank list for selection to the post of Clerk Typist(Ex serviceman only) on Rs. 3050-5230(PR) in the Sainik welfare Department on the basis of the Written Test held on 02.12.06.
The register numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not, in any way, indicate their respective rank on the basis of the said test. Alphabet ‘m` should be prefixed to the Register Numbers to denote Malappuram District.

Note 1: Inclusion of register numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. Inclusion of register number in the short list does not confer any right on the candidate to be included in the Ranked List.
Note 2: The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.
Note 3: Candidates whose register numbers are included in the short list are directed to appear in person on 2.4.2007 ,10 Am along with original and copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application, i.e., qualification service details,, date of birth, community and other benefits, if any to which they are entitled to, before The District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office,MalappuramThe register numbers of those candidates who do not appear in person along with the required documents within the prescribed time limit and whose applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the short list without further notice.
The candidates who have secured 41 (Fortyone) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists.
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List, who are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O (P) No. 36/2000/SC/STDD dated 27.05.2000 shall produce the same along with the other documents mentioned above or as and when called for. Such candidates in the main list who fail to produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition candidates. As regards such candidates in the Supplementary Lists of Other Backward Classes, their register numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice., if they fail to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate.
