NOTIFICATION

                        The following is the Unified List containing the register numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for Practical Test  for selection to the post of Confidential Assistant Grade II on Rs.3590-5400 (Pre-Revised)  in Various Department (By Direct Recruitment)  in Kollam District  (Category No.223/2005) on the basis of the  Objective Type Test held on 18.08.06. This is a unified Short List combining both Main List and Supplimentary list..

                        The register numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not, in any way, indicate their respective rank on the basis of the said test.

(Prefix the letter `Q’ to all Register Numbers to imply Kollam District)

Note 1:. Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional, subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. .  Inclusion of register number in the unified  list does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for practical test or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.

Note  2:The unified list is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the   application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.

The candidates who have secured 28 (twenty eight) marks and above are included in the Unified List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the reservation community candidates  included in the said list keeping in view the requirements of the rules of  reservation..

                       The date, time and place of Practical test will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure,  rechecking of the answerscripts will be allowed only after  publication of the Ranked List.

Candidates  whose Register  numbers are not included in the Unified Short List are advised to refer  to Notification no. ERK VII(1)4017/06/CA/KLM/EW dated 30.01.07 for the Register numbers of invalidated answer scripts and the reason

NOTIFICATION

It is hereby notified that the answer script of the candidate with the Register Number 100124 for selection to the post of Confidential Assistant Grade II in Various Departments in Kollam District for which an OMR Test was held on 18.08.2006 has been invalidated due the reason that the candidate has appeared for the examination in a room and seat not allotted to him and signed against the Register Number and Name of another candidate.
