The following are the Register Numbers of candidates found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of STAFF NURSE on Rs.4500 – 7000 (Pre-Revised) in the HEALTH SERVICES DEPARTMENT IN KOLLAM DISTRICT (CATEGORY NO: 15/2006) notified in the gazette dated 24-04-2006 based on the O.M.R test held on 16.09.2006. The Register numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way indicate their respective rank on the basis of the said test

Note 1:. Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional, subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. . Inclusion of register numbers in the short list does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.
Note 2:The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims will not be entertained at any stage.
Note 3: Candidates whose Register numbers are included in the Short List are directed to produce self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application ie Date of birth, Qualification, Community and other benefits, if any to which they are entitled, to at the time of interview.. The register numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required documents at the time of interview and whose applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the short list without further notice.The candidates who have secured 33 (Thirty three) marks and above in the OMR test are included in the Main List of this Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists.
The candidates belonging to other Backward Classes included in the Short List, are required to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P) No.36/2000/SC/ST/DD dated 27-5-2000. They shall produce the same at the time of interview. Such candidates in the main list who fail to produce the required Non-Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition candidates. As regards candidates in the Supplementary Lists of Other Backward Classes, their register numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.
The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course.
Re-checking of answer scripts will not be allowed before the publication of the Ranked List..
The notification No. EP VII/S.N.(Kollam) 4770/06/EW Dated 31.01.2007 of the Secretary, PSC containing the Register numbers of invalidated answer scripts for various reasons are appended herewith.
