NOTIFICATION

The following are the register numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for Dictation Test for selection to the post of CONFIDENTIAL ASSISTANT Gr.II on Rs. 3590-5400 (Pre Revision) in Various Departments in Kasaragod District notified in the Gazette dated 31/12/2005 (Category No. 223/2005) on the basis of Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 18/8/2006. The register numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangements does not in any way indicate their respective rank on the basis of the marks secured in the said test.

Note:

1. Inclusion of register numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. Inclusion of register number in the unified list does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for Dictation Test and for subsequent inclusion in the Short List and Ranked List.

2. The unified List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.

The candidates who have secured 32 (Thirty Two) marks and above are included in this unified list. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of reservation candidates keeping in view the requirements of the rules of reservation.

The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the unified list, who are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per GO (P) No. 36/2000/SC/ST DD dated 27/5/2000 shall produce the same at the time of Dictation Test. Such candidates who fail to produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and consequent consideration in the next stage of selection.

The date, time and place of Dictation Text will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure, rechecking of answer scripts is allowed only after the publication of the Ranked List.
