The following is the Short List containing the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of VOCATIONAL TEACHER, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF BIO – MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS on Rs. 6675- 10550(PR) in the KERALA VOCATIONAL HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION DEPARTMENT (Category No.159/04) on the basis of the OMR test held on 10/05/2007.
The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way indicate their respective rank position on the basis of the said list.

Note 1:- Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register Number in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.
Note 2:- The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.
Note 3:- Candidates whose Register Numbers are included in the Short List are directed to send self attested copies of documents if not sent earlier to prove their claims made in the application, ie, qualification, date of birth, community and other benefits, if any to which they are entitled, to the under secretary I, Government Wing (Recruitment), Office of the Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom Palace.P.O., Thiruvananthapuram- 695004 within 15 days from the date of publication of this Notification. The Register Numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit and whose applications are found other wise defective will be deleted from the Short List without further notice.
The candidates who have secured 18 (Eighteen) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists.
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classed included in the Short List are required to produce Non Creamy layer Certificate as per G.O.(P)No.46/2007/SC/STDD dated 25.08.2007 along with the other documents mentioned above. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition candidates. As regards such candidates in the Supplementary Lists of Other Backward Classes, their register numbers will be deleted from the Short List without
further notice, if they fail to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate.
The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of anser scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply for rechecking of their answer scripts after publication of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed instructions will be found in the Ranked List notification for this post.
Applications for re-checking received from the candidate whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Register numbers of invalidated scripts and the reasons thereof are shown in notification No.ERI 1570/07/EW dated, 25.10.07.

NOTIFICATION
It is hereby notified that the answer script of the Candidates with the following Register Number, relating to the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 10.05.07 for selection to the post of Vocational Teacher Maintenance and Operation of Bio- Medical Equipments on Rs. 6675- 10550 (PR) in the Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary Education Department (Category No.159/2004) has been invalidated for the reason noted below.
