NOTIFICATION

            The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the (Objective Type) OMR  Test held on   19.08.2006 for the post of  Assistant Salesman on Rs. 2610 - 3680 (Pre-revision) in Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited  in Thrissur District arranged in the order of merit.  The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 08..02.2007.  The list will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new ranked list after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier.  Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies there is no guarantee that all candidates included in this list will secure appointment.  The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.            

According to the existing procedure revaluation of answer script is not allowed.  But the answer script will be rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) remitted in any of the Treasuries in the state under the head of Account “0051-PSC-105-State PSC 99 Examination Fee”.              Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and  printed in A4  size paper from the Commission’s website/www.keralapsc.org  or photocopied there from.  Applications  submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Thrissur within 1 month from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission.  Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.  The fee once remitted will not be refunded.  In the case of candidates who make applications for rechecking within prescribed time limit enclosing chalan receipt as stated above the answer scripts will be rechecked and the discrepancies rectified.  The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidate from this office.
 Entries  put in column 4 (community) is based on the community specified by the candidate in the application and proved with necessary documents.  The candidates whose communities  have  not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their  applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Thrissur, within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to.   In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidate will be advised on the basis of  community specified in the list.
Note:- I:  This Ranked List is provisional subject to the procedure to be followed for implementation of the Supreme Court judgement dated 13/12/99 on Creamy layer and alteration of the Supplementary Lists to meet the requirements of  reservation as provided in Rules 14 to 17 of KS & SSR.
Note:-  II:    The Candidates who have obtained  76 (Seventy Six) marks and above in the Objective Type Test (OMR) are included in the Main List of the Ranked List.   The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in the supplementary lists.
