NOTIFICATION
The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective type test (OMR Valuation) held on 12.01.2007 and verification of the original documents held on 20.08.2007 for the post of Pump Operator (Category No.259/04) on Rs.3050- 5230 (PR) in Museums and Zoos arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked list is brought into force with effect from 15.10.2007. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked list after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission before the expiry of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List if the prescribed fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty Only) is remitted in any one of the treasuries in the State by chalan under the head of account “0051 PSC – 105 State PSC- 99 Examination Fee”. Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for rechecking.
Valid applications for rechecking addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations) I, Office of the Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom.P.O., Thiruvananthapuram- 695004 should reach this office within 30 days from the date on which this notification of Ranked List is officially released by the Kerala Public Service Commission. Applications for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
The fee once remitted will not be returned.
In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Entries put in Column 4 are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)I, Kerala Public Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram-4 within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the `absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.
