Ranked List No.142/07/KSGD. 07/09/2007.
The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR) Test (Common Test for the post of J.H.I.Grade II General and J.H.I. Grade II SR for SC/ST) held on 18-11-06 for the post of JUNIOR HEALTH INSPECTOR GRADE II on Rs. 4000-6090(PR) in the Health Services Department(Category No. 222/2005) in Kasaragod District arranged in the Order of Merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 07/09/2007.. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new ranked list after the expiry of minimum period of One Year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the Rules and Orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the List. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the List at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the List.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer script will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks in the various answers, i f the candidates apply for rechecking remitting the prescribed fee of Rs. 50/-(Rupees fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 STATE PSC 99 EXAMINATION FEE. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The marks awarded for the several questions will be checked a second time and if it is found that a question or a sub division of a question is seen omitted in valuation, the same will be got rechecked .
Application for rechecking of answerscript should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 Size paper from the Commission’s Website/www.Keralapsc.org/or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
The application for rechecking in the prescribed form along with the original chalan receipt should reach the DISTRICT OFFICER, KERALA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, DISTRICT OFFICE, KASARAGOD within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked list . The candidate can avail only one chance after the publication of the Ranked List..
The candidates who have secured 39 (Thirty nine) marks and above in the Objective Type Test (OMR) are included in the Main List of the Ranked List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the Supplementary List
