Note:- This Ranked List is provisional subject to the procedure to be followed for implementation of the Supreme Court Judgment dated 13.12.1999 on Creamy Layer and alteration of the Supplementary Lists to meet the requirements of reservation as provided in Rules 14 to 17 of K.S & S.S.R

             The candidates who have secured 62(Sixty two) marks and above in the objective type test (OMR Valuation) have been included in the main list.  The cut-off marks have been lowered to the extend necessary in respect of candidates under Supplementary List.

According to the existing procedure revaluation of scripts is not allowed, but    rechecking of marks will be done on payment of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only).  The fee should be remitted in any of the Treasuries in the state under the head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee”.   The marks awarded by the Examiner will be checked a second time and if it is found that there is variation in valuation, the answer script concerned will be got revalued by the same Examiner.  The Original Chalan Receipt together with the application for rechecking should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thrissur, within one month from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission.  The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. 

Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents.  The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thrissur, within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to.  In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidate will be advised as incorporated in this list.
