The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the OMR test held on 14.01.2006 for the post of TYPIST GR.II in various Government owned companies/corporations/Boards on Rs. (as prescribed by various companies/corporations/Boards) (Category No. 139/2003) arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 16.10.2006. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
The candidates who have secured 66 (SIXTY SIX) marks and above in the OMR Test are included in the Main List of the Ranked List. The Cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the Supplementary Lists. The ranking has been made awarding weightage marks also for the Physically Handicapped Candidates.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistakes in the totaling of marks to the various answers if the prescribed fee of Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten only) is remitted in any of the Treasuries in the State by Chalan under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 examination Fee”.
Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website/www.keralapsc.org /or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for rechecking. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answerscripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the Ranked List are advised to refer to notifications No. ER VIII/893/06 dated 27.04.2006 for the register numbers of invalidated answer scripts and the reasons thereof.
The applications for rechecking along with the original chalan receipts should reach the Regional Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, Regional Office, Eranakulam within two months from the day on which this list is officially released by the Kerala `Public service Commission. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Entries put in column 4 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidate whose communities have not been correctly noted in this list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the Regional Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission,Regional Office,Eranakulam within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discripancies if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.
Note:- This Ranked list is provisional subject to the procedure to be followed for implementation of the Supreme Court Judgement dated 13.12.99 on Creamy Layer and alteration of the supplementary Lists to meet the requirements of reservation as provided in Rule 14 to 17 of KS & SSR.
