The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the Objective Type Test held on 12.11.05 for selection to the post of Clerical Attender (SR for SC/ST) on Rs.2650-4150/- in the Commercial Taxes Department in Malappuram District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 01.03.2006. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies, reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrance of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. Answer Scripts will be re-checked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks for various answers. Re-checking of answer scripts will be done on payment of Rs.10/-(Rupees Ten only). The fee should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee”. The original chalan receipts together with the application for re-checking should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office,Civil Station, Malappuram, within two months from the day on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. Application for re-checking after the prescribed time will not be entertained.
Entries put in column-4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, K.P.S.C.District Office, Malappuram, within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.
Note: The candidates who have secured 75 (seventy five) marks and above in the Objective Type Test have been included in the Main List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under Supplementary List.
This list is brought into force with effect from 01.03.2006.
