NOTIFICATION
The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the written Test held on 02.04.2005 for the post of Assistant grade II/Auditor Grade II on Rs 4000 - 6090 in the Govt. Secretariat/Kerala Public Service Commission/Advocate General’s Office, Ernakulam, Local Fund Audit Department/Office of the Vigilance Tribunal, Thiruvananthapuram, Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judges Thrissur and Thiruvananthapuram (Category No. 29/2003) arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked list is brought into force with effect from 31.12.2005. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
The candidates who have secured 46 (Forty Six) marks and above in the Written test are included in the Main List of the Ranked List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the Supplementary Lists.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked if the prescribed fee of Rs.10/-(Rupees Ten only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account “0051 PSC -105 State PSC- 99 Examination Fee”.
The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt should reach the Deputy Secretary (Examinations) II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 within two months from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Entries put in column 4 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application, should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations) II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.
