Note: This Ranked List is provisional subject to the procedure to be followed for implementation of the Supreme Court Judgement dated 13.12.99 on Creamy Layer and alteration of the Supplementary Lists to meet the requirements of reservation provided in Rules 14 to 17 of KS & SSR

The candidates who have secured 51 (Fifty one) marks and above with a separate minimum of 40 marks each in Kannada and Malayalam in the Objective Type Test (OMR) are included in the main List of the Ranked List.  The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the Supplementary Lists. The ranking has been made after awarding weightage marks also.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer script is not allowed. But  answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totaling of marks to the various answers, if the prescribed fee of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 PSC 99  Examination Fee”. 

The application for rechecking along with the original receipts should reach the Regional Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission Regional  Office, Ernakulam within two months from the day on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.  The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.  The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this Office.

The entries put in column 4 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application form and proved by them with necessary documents.  The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the Regional Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Ernakulam within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to.  In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as  incorporated in this list.
