According to the existing procedure revaluation of scripts is not allowed, but rechecking of marks will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totaling of marks in the various answers if the candidates apply for rechecking remitting the prescribed fee of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) in any one of the Treasuries in the state under the head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee”. The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipts should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kasaragod within one month from the date of publication of the ranked list. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. On receipt of the application for rechecking, the marks awarded by the examiner will be checked a second time and if it is found that the Examiner has omitted to value a question or a sub division of a question, the paper concerned will be got revalued by the same examiner. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kasaragod within two months from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidate will be advised on the basis of their communities specified in the list.
NOTE: The candidates who have obtained 42 (Forty Two) marks and above in the Written Test are included in the Main List of the Ranked List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the Supplementary Lists.
