According to the existing procedure revaluation of scripts is not allowed, but    rechecking of marks will be done on payment of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only).  The fee should be remitted in any of the Treasuries in the state under the head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee”.   The answer script will be re- checked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totaling of marks for various answers.  The Original Chalan Receipt together with the application for rechecking should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Alappuzha within two months (60 days)  from the date of publication of result.  The fees once remitted will not be refunded on any account.  Application for rechecking after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents.  The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Alappuzha within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to.  In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidate will be advised as incorporated in this list.

NOTE: The Ranked List is provisional subject to the produce to be followed for implementation of the Supreme Court Judgement dated 13.12.1999 on Creamy Layer and alteration of the Supplementary List to meet the requirements of reservation as provided in Rule 14 to 17 of the K S & S S R
