According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks in the various answers if the candidates apply for rechecking remitting the prescribed fee of Rs.10/-(Rupees Ten Only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC’ 99 Examination Fee”.
The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Palakkad within one month from the date of publication of ranked list. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. On receipt of the application for rechecking, the marks awarded by the examiner will be checked a second time and if it is found that the Examiner has omitted to value a question or a sub division of a question, the paper concerned will be got revalued by the same examiner. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
