According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed.  But answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totaling of marks for various answers.  Re-checking of answer scripts will be done on payment of Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten only).  The fees should be  remitted in any of the Treasuries in the state under the head of account “0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. The original chalan receipts together with the application for re-checking should reach the DISTRICT OFFICER, KERALA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, DISTRICT OFFICE, KOTTAYAM within two months from the day on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission.  The fees once remitted will not be refunded on any account.  Application for re-checking after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents.  The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kottayam within one month from the date of publication of the ranked list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to.  In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

Note:- The candidates who have secured 76 (Seventy six) marks and above in the objective type test have been included in the Main List.  The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under Supplementary Lists.
