According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked if the candidate apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the head of account “0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thrissur within 2 months from the date on which the Public Service Commission officially releases this notification. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
In the case of candidates who make applications for rechecking within prescribed time limit enclosing chalan receipt as stated above the answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is mistake in totaling of marks to the various answers. If it is found that the examiner has omitted to awarded marks to a question or a sub division of a question, the paper will be got rechecked and discrepancies rectified by the examiner. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidate from this office.
Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thrissur, within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of their communities specified in the list.
Note:- The Candidate who have obtained 71(Seventy one) marks and above in the Written Test are included in the Main List of the Ranked List. The cut off marks has been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in the Supplementary List.
