Note I: This Ranked List is provisional subject to the procedure to be followed for implementation of the Supreme Court Judgement dated 13.12.99 on Creamy Layer and alteration of the Supplementary Lists to meet the requirements of reservation as provided in Rules 14 to 17 of KS & SSR.
Note II: Candidates who belong to SIUC Nadar community included in the Short List and interviewed for the post are treated as belonging to OBC as per Judgement of the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala dated 28/08/2000 in O.P. No.7870/88/Y and therefore those included in the Supplementary List for Nadar are deleted and included in the supplementary list of OBC subject to eligibility.
