Note I:     Candidate with Serial Numbers 109, 110, 111 and 112 are included in the Ranked List purely on provisional basis and in compliance of the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala in the O.P.No. 7359/2001 and 7487/2001.

Note II:   This Ranked List is provisional subject to the procedure to be followed for     implementation of the Supreme Court Judgement dated; 13.12.99 on Creamy Layer and alteration of the Supplementary Lists to meet the requirements of reservation as provided in Rules 14 to 17 of KS&SSR.  

Note III : A period of one month’s time each for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of publication of Short List and Ranked List . The candidate can avail only one chance either after the publication of Short List or after the publication of the Ranked List

Candidates desiring to recheck the answer script relating to the written test held for selection to the post may apply for rechecking within 30 days  from the date of publication of the ranked list.

The application for rechecking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee for Rs.10/- under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee” addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Palakkad should reach the office with in 30 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List.  Application for rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and the fee once remitted will not be refunded. 

                            

Note IV:  Candidates belonging to SIUC Nadar community included in the Short List and interviewed for the post are treated as belonging to OBC as per Judgement of the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala dated 28.08.2000 in O.P.No. 7870/88/Y and therefore, those included in the Supplementary List for Nadar community are deleted from the list and included in the Supplementary List of OBC subject to eligibility.
