According to the existing procedure revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be rechecked if the candidates apply for it alongwith a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) , remitted in any one of the Treasuries of the State under the Head of Account ‘0051 PSC 105 State PSC ’99 Examination Fee’. The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Ernakulam within sixty days from the date on which this notification is officially released by PSC. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
In the case of candidates who apply for rechecking within the prescribed time limit enclosing chalan receipt as stated above, the answers will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in totalling of marks to the various answers, if it is found that the examiner has omitted to award marks to a question or a sub division of a question, the paper will be got rechecked and discrepancies will be rectified by the examiner. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidate by this office.
The candidates who have obtained 82 (Eighty two) marks and above have been included in the Main List of this Ranked List. The cut off marks has been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the Supplementary List for Scheduled Tribe candidates.
