Candidates already in Government Service, holding the post in one District are restricted from applying for the same post in another District. But they can apply for higher posts.

Training qualifications:- B.Ed/B.T/L.T in the concerned subject conferred or recognised by the Universities in Kerala.

Diploma or Certificate of Language Teachers Training in Hindi issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala.

Diploma in Hindi Teachers Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala.

A pass in any one of the following Examinations of Kendriya Hindi Sikshan Mandal, Agra namely:-

(i) Hindi Sikshan Praveen

(ii) Hindi Sikshan Parangath

(iii) Hindi Sikshan Nishnat

'Acharya' Title of Kerala Hindi Prachara Sabha and 'Siksha Snathak' Title of Dakshin Bharath Hindi Prachar Sabha as Alternative training.

Note:-

(1) Persons who have successfully undergone Pracharak Diploma of the Dakshin Bharath Hindi Prachar Sabha upto and including the academic year 1969-1970 shall be considered to possess the requisite training qualification.

(2) Persons who have successfully undergone the course in Hindi Teachers Diploma of the Regional Hindi Training College, Gandhigram, Madurai during the Academic Year 1967-1968 or prior to that year shall be considered to possess the requisite training qualification.

Persons who have successfully undergone the Acharya Diploma course of the Kerala Hindi Prachar Sabha upto and including the academic year 1969-1970 shall be considered to possess the requisite training qualification.

Post Graduates in Hindi are also eligible to apply provided they have B.Ed/BT/LT in the concerned subject.

Candidates without training qualification can also apply for this post. But they will be considered only in the absence of candidates with training qualification. Those who have no training qualification if selected in the absence of candidates with training qualification, will have to acquire training qualification within 3 years from the date of appointment. B.Ed should also be in the subject concerned.

SPECIAL CONCESSIONS

Preference will be given as laid down in G.O.(MS)No.50/70/PD dated 12.2.1970, and G.O.(MS)No.9/78 General Education dated 21.1.1978 to wives of Jawans in the matter of Special Recruitment as Teachers if they possess the prescribed they are wives of Jawans on the top of the first page of the application. Note:	In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years. But in no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years.
