             The above vacancy is now in existence.  The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier.  Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancy noted above and that may be reported to the Commission in writing during the period of currency of the List.

Age Limit

:

Must have completed 18 (eighteen) years and must not have completed 35 (thirty five) years as on 01.01.2006 with usual relaxation to SC/ST and OBC candidates.  (For other conditions regarding the age relaxation-Please see para (2) of the General Conditions of Gazette Notification)

Qualifications

:

i.  B.Sc Degree in Physics with 1^st or 2^nd Class of any recognized University.

ii.One year Post-graduate Diploma in Radiological Physics of the University of Bombay conducted by the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Bombay.

     In the absence of candidates possessing qualification prescribed in item (ii) above.

iii.One year Post-Graduate Diploma in Medical Radio Isotope Techniques (DMRIT) of the University of Bombay conducted at the Radiation Medicine Centre of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Bombay.

Candidates should apply in the new application form which is specially designed for processing through Optical Mark Reader (OMR) also.

         The cost of application form is Rs.10 (Ten).  Cost of application for SC/ST candidates is R.5 (Five) only.  Application forms can be obtained from all Post Offices in the State and from the Offices of Keala Public Service Commission.  The application form should be filled up in accordance with the instruction in the brochure which is supplied along with the application form.  Candidates should fill up both sides of the application form.  Copies of documents to prove Educational Qualification, Community, Age etc. should be submitted along with the application form.  Applications unaccompanied by documents will be summarily rejected. Applications which are not in the aforesaid form and those which are not filled up in accordance with the instructions in the brochure will be summarily rejected.
