| Note :- Applications are invited from the low paid employees of the Kerala State Subordinate Services for appointment as Clerk-typist in various Departments in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappurm, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, Kasaragod Disricts for the 5% vacancies reserved for persons holding low paid posts included in the State Subordinate Services as per G.O.(P)No.11/74/PD dated 10.1.1974. As the appointment to the post is District-wise, the candidates should sent their applications to the concerned District Offices of the Public Service Commission. The appointment to the post will be based on the following conditions |

| (i) The candidates holding the low paid posts in the Kerala State Subordinate Services in the Scale of Pay lower than Rs. 3050-5230 can apply for the above post. The applicant should be a probationer/ approved probationer/full member of the Subordinate Service. The applicants should obtain a certificate from the Head of the Department or Office showing their service particulars in the form given as Annexure-I of the Notification and produce the same as and when required by the Commission. Persons appointed through Employment Exchange or otherwise and working on a temporary/provisional basis are not eligible to apply for this post in response to this notification |

| (ii) The low paid employees in the State Subordinate Service are exempted from the minimum General Educational qualification of pass in SSLC and also from the maximum age limit prescribed for the post. But they should possess the prescribed English Typewriting qualification. Such candidates need not specify the name of their community in the relevant column of their application. Candidates who apply for recruitment by transfer should submit applications for this post to the concerned District Officers of the Commission and should note clearly at the top of the application at side B “appointment by transfer” and darken the relevant bubble at Side A of the application. |

| (iii) Applications not superscribing "Appointment by Transfer” will summarily be rejected. |

Separate ranked lists will be prepared for direct recruitment and
recruitment by transfer in respect of each district. Candidates who
secure not less than 40% marks are eligible to be included in the Ranked
List. 5% vacancies reported to the concerned District Offices of the

| 2.Must be a regular employee who has completed not less than three years regular service in any cadre and continuing in service in a Member Society/Primary Co-operative society affiliated, to the respective District Co-operative Bank ( The employee should be in the service of the society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment.) |

| Note: 1. The Registration Number and Date of Registration of the Institution form which the service certificate is produced shall be clearly entered in the service certificate. The service certificate shall be issued by the Assistant Registrar General concerned Co-operative Department of Officer of the same rank in the Government Department in the case of Industrial Societies. ( The genuineness of the Service Certificate shall be examined and action will be taken against those who issue Bogus certificates and the candidates who produce Bogus certificates.) 2. Separate Ranked lists will be prepared for general Open Market candidates and for employees of Member/Primary Co-operative Societies. Candidates will be advised alternatively from the Ranked List of General Open Market candidates and from the Ranked List of employees of Member/Primary Societies respectively with the first position going to the general Open Market candidate. As in the case of all advices of the Kerala Public Service Commission for recruitment against the vacancies of Government Departments, Public Sector Under takings etc. the rotation will be a continuous one. If there is shortage of candidates in the Ranked List of employees of Primary Co-operative Societies, the vacancies will be filled up form the Ranked List of general Open Market candidates and such passed over vacancies will not be compensated later.
