A candidate advised for appointment in the Revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another District unless he/she completes 5 years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former District. Even if transfer is allowed after 5 years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O.(MS) No.4/61/)D dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already in Government Service holding this post in any one District are prohibited from applying again for this post. |

Qualification |

(a) Must possess the minimum general educational qualilfication of SSLC standard with minimum aggregate marks of 40% or equivalent qualification. Must have a good physique. Desireble:- (a) Possession of certificate in Agricultural Science awarded by the National Council for Rural Higher Education. (b) Pass in I Class in SSLC examination or equivalent. |

(1) Every person appointed to the posts shall from the date from which he join duty be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. (2) Every person selected for appointment to this post shall undergo training in one of the Gramssevak Training Centres in the state before appointment to the post. The training of a candidate will be terminated in the event of his conduct being unsatisfactorily or in case he is found to be inefficient during the period of training. The candidates will be appointed to the posts only if they satisfactorily complete the training course. The seniority of the person appointed to the post will be fixed on the basis of the ranks obtained by them in the final examinations conducted at the training centres on completion of the training course. The training period will not be counted for probation and increment. (3) Every person to be appointed to the post will be required to execute a bond agreeing to serve the state Government for a period of 5 years, after training and reimburse liquidated damages to the extent of Rs.500/- in addition to the amount actually spent for the training in case they violate the terms of agreement. But those who get appointement in Department of the Government or Quasi-Government Institutions need not give damages of Rs.500/- to the Government. |

Cost of application form is Rs.10/-(Rupees Ten only). Cost of application for SC/ST candidates is Rs.5/- (Rupees Five only). But in case of those who fail to secure a pass after completion of the training in the first chance, their rank and seniority will be revised on the basis of the chances, and marks they obtain in subsequent chances .The period of training shall not be counted for probation . (3) Every person to be appointed to the post will be required to execute a bond agreeing to serve the state Government for a period of 3 years, after training and reimburse liquidated damages to the extent of Rs.1000/- in addition to the amount actually spent for the training in case they violate the terms of agreement provided further that the terms of the bond shall not be insisted on in respect of a perosn who leaves State Government Service for taking up appointment under the Central Government Service or under an organisation wholly or substatially finances and controlled either by the Government of India or by the State Government. |

| 10. Application Form & Application Fee |
| The application form is a single sheet of paper printed on both sides to facilitate Computer Processing also using the Optical Mark Reader. Side ‘A’ is the OMR data sheet and Side ‘B’ is the conventional application form. The candidates must darkened the bubbles In Side ‘A’ and fill up columns in side ‘B’ of the applications. The cost of application is Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only). The cost of application for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidate is Rs.5/- (Rupees Five only). The application should be filled up in accordance with the directions contained in the information brochure supplied along with the application. The application form can be obtained from Post Offices in Kerala and Offices of the Commission. |

The ranked lists thus prepared and published by the Commission shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year, subject to the condition that the said lists will continue to be in force till the publication of new lists after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment against the aforesaid vacancies and also against the vacancies, if any reported during the currency of the list |

Applications should not be sent to more than one District in response to this notification. If applications are sent contrary to the above direction, and if he/she is selected his/her name will be removed from the Ranked Lists and disciplinary action will be taken against him/her. Candidates should submit applications for this post to the concerned District Officer of the Commission and should note the name of that District against the relevant column in the application, (Side B) and darken the bubble OMR Sheet (Side A). The selection is pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O.(MS)No. 154/71/PD dated 27.5.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in the Revenue district from the ranked list prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she complete 5 years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after 5 years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after 5 years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O.(MS) No.4/61/PD dated 2-1-1961. Candidates already in government service holding this post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post. |
