5. Method of Appointment : Direct Recruitment (from among Dheevara Community only).
The Application submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than Dheevara will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.

Must have ITI (Surveyor Trade) Certificate introduced w.e.f the year 1966 OR Experience in Military Service for a period of 6 years in D’man Trade. In the absence of candidates with the technical qualifications mentioned in (2)above, a pass in Chain Survey & Computer D’man Test shall be deemed sufficient. 4. In the absence of candidates with any of the technical qualification mentioned above in 2 & 3 a pass in Chain Survey Test shall be deemed sufficient. |
Candidates are allowed to submit the application either by online or in the conventional application form.
8. The Applications can be submitted by on-line facility provided in the website of the Kerala Public Service Commission. Detailed instructions regarding the submission of applications are available in the website of the Kerala Public Service Commission viz. www.keralapsc.org. No application fee is required. The barcode number in the application form shall be quoted in all further enquiries/ corres- pondence. Documents to prove qualification, age, and community have to be produced as and when called for. Application which are submitted not in accordance with the instructions given in the website will be summarily rejected.
9. The application form is a single sheet of paper specially designed for processing through Optical Mark Reader (OMR) also. Candidates have to fill up both sides of the application. Each application form contains a unique eight digit barcode on side ‘A’. This barcode number is unique for each application. The candidate has to quote this number for further enquiries.
The application forms will be available in the Post Offices in the State and Offices of the Kerala Public Service Commission.
The cost of application is Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only). An information brochure will be supplied with the application form. Candidates should read the instructions carefully before filling up the form.
10. Mode of sending the applications:
(a) The applicant shall send his application in the cover supplied with the application form.
(b) Applications should be submitted in the form devised and printed by the Kerala Public Service Commission and applications otherwise submitted will be summarily rejected.
