Each application form contains a unique eight digit barcode on side A. This barcode number is unique for each application. the candidate has to quote this number for further enquiries. The application forms will be available in the post offices inside the State and offices of the Kerala Public Service Commission. The cost of the application form is Rs.10/-. The cost of the application form for SC/ST candidates is Rs.5/-. An information brochure will be supplied with the application form. Candidates should read the instructions carefully before filling up the forms. . Candidates should not enclose any documents along with the application. |

Note:- (1) A First or Second Class of B.A./B.Sc shall not be insisted for those with a First or Second Class M.A/M.Sc. NOTE: Exemption from training may be given in particular areas in which they have already worked for sufficiently long time provided that theperiod of training shall not be less than one year in the case of departmental candidates. |

Application Form and Application Fee:- Candidates should apply in the new application form which is specially designed for processing through Optical Mark Reader(OMR) also. The Cost of application form is Rs.Ten (10/-) . Cost of application for SC/ST candidates is Rs.Five (5/-)only. Application forms can be obtained from all Post Offices in the State and from the Offices of the Kerala Public Service Commission. The application forms should be filled up in accordance with the instruction in the brochure which is supplied along with the application form. Candidates should fill up both sides of the application form. No documents should be enclosed along with application. Service Certificate and NOC in original, self attested copies of documents to prove educational qualification, community, age should be submitted as and when the same called for by the Commission. But the candidates should record the details of qualification possessed by them already in Column No.6 of Side B of the application. Applications which are not in the aforesaid form and those which are not filled up in accordance with the instructions in the Brochure will be summarily rejected.
