| Qualifications:- : 1. A first or high second class degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) of a recognized University or Institution. OR A post graduate degree or diploma in management of a recognized University or Management Institute with specialization in (a) Project Evaluation and Management (b) Operation Research.2. Five years experience in Project Planning. Note:- (1) The qualification of experience prescribed for the post shall be one acquired after the acquisition of academic qualification prescribed for the post. (2) Candidates belonging to SC/ST communities need not possess the qualification of experience prescribed for the post . (3) Probation:- Every person appointed to this post shall from the date on which he joins duty be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
