Applications are invited from qualified candidates belonging to the reservation group of community of Kerala State Viz. Other Backward Classes for appointment in the under mentioned post in Kerala Government Service.

The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until the candidate is advised and appointed against the above vacancy and vacancies earmarked to the OBC community but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the ranked list published on 20.11.2006 for the post.
5. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (From among OBC Community)NOTE:-The applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than OBC will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates
6. Age limit : Must have completed 18 (Eighteen) years of age and must not have completed 38 (Thirty eight) years of age as on 01.01.2007.(including para 2(i) of General Condition)

A Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Desirable:-Experience in Water Well Drilling Rigs for a period of two years
8. Application Form:-
The applications can be submitted by on-line facility provided in the website of the Kerala Public Service Commission. Detailed instructions regarding the submission of applications are available in the website of Kerala Public Service Commission viz.www.keralapsc.org. No application fee is required. The barcode number in the application form shall be quoted in all further enquiries/correspondence. Documents to prove qualification, age and community have to be produced as and when called for. Application which are not submitted in accordance with the instructions given in the website will be summarily rejected.
Candidates are allowed to submit the application either by On-line or by conventional application form.
The application form is a single sheet of paper specially designed for processing through Optical Mark Reader (OMR) also. Candidates have to fill up both sides of the application. Each application form contains a unique eight digit barcode on side A. This barcode number is unique for each application. The candidate has to quote this number for further enquiries.
The application forms will be available in the Post Offices inside the State and Offices of the Kerala Public Service Commission.
The cost of application is Rs.10/-(Rupees Ten only). An information brochure will be supplied with the application form. Candidates should read the instructions carefully before filling up the form.

DIRECT RECRUITMENT FOR RESERVATION COMMUNITIES ON NCA VACANCIES.
Applications are invited from qualified candidates belonging to reservation group of communities in the State of Kerala (Communities are specifically noted against each post) on No Candidate Available vacancies for the following post. Candidates should apply in the Conventional application form, which is specially designed for processing through Optical Mark Reader (OMR) also.

3. Scale of pay : Rs.2060 – 3200 (Pre - Revised)
NOTE: -1. The Ranked List published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked to the above Community but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 25.7.2005 for the post.
5. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment from among SC and Muslim Communities only (In the absence of SC Candidates, applications of ST Candidates will also be considered).
NOTE:- Applications submitted by candidates other than SC/ST and Muslim will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.
6. Age Limit : Must have completed Eighteen (18) years and must not have completed Thirty Eight (38) years of age for muslim and 40 (Forty) years of age for SC/ST Candidates as on 1.1. 2007.
NOTE: - (1) The provisional hands working in the above concern will be given age relaxation to the extent of their provisional service put in subject to a maximum of Five years from the upper age limit provided they are within the prescribed age limit on the date of their first appointment in the above concern. But the regular employees of the concern are not eligible for the above concession for further appointment. The provisional hands should obtain a certificate showing the period of their provisional service in the concern and shall produce the same as and when required by the Commission. It would also be clearly specified in the certificate that they were not working in the regular service of the concern.

Essential: - BAM/BAMS/DAM from any recognized University.
Preferential: - Two years experience in Medicine preparation from any Ayurvedic Pharmacy, recognized by Government or from Government/Quasi Government organizations or Companies registered under Indian Companies Act.
