Cost of the application form is Rs 10/ and for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates is Rs.5/- (Rupees five only).
Note:- (1). The applications should be filled up in accordance with the directions contained in the information brochure supplied along with the application form. No documents should be enclosed with the applications. Application which are not in the aforesaid form and those which are not filled up in accordance with the instructions in the brochure will be summarily rejected.
