Applications are invited from qualified candidates for appointment in the under mentioned post in Kerala Government Service in the prescribed form or through Online facility also.

The above vacancies are now in existence. Applications are invited from qualified Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates of Kerala State for selection to the following post through On-line only.

4.Number of vacancies : 2 (Two)
Note:- The list of selected candidates published by the Commission shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years provided that the said list will not continue to be in force if a new list after expiry of the minimum period of one year is published. Recruitment will be made for the above vacancies and also for the vacancies reported for Special Recruitment during the pendency of the list.
5. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (from among Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes only).Note:- Applications received from candidates other than Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates will be rejected. Individual communications regarding the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued.
6. Age Limit : Should have completed 20 (Twenty) years and should not have completed 40 (Forty) years as on 01.01.2007. (No other age relaxation is allowed).
Note:- In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years. But in no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years.
7. Qualifications:-
1. (a) First or Second class Master Degree in Mathematics/Physics of any recognised university.
Or
(b) First of second class Degree in any branch of Engineering of any recognised university.
2. A certificate in programming issued by the computer society of India or equivalent qualification.
Probation:-
Every person appointed to the post shall, from the date on which he joins duty be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
Liability to Serve in the Defence Services:-
Persons appointed to the post shall be liable, not with standing that at the time of requisition, they are holding higher appointments to serve for a minimum period of 4 years (including periods spent on training) in the Defence services or an assignments relating to Defence efforts anywhere in India or abroad if so required. The liability to serve in the Defence services will be limited to the first 10 years of service and will not ordinarily apply to above 40 years of age.

11. Appointments are made subject to the rank secured in the ranked list of candidates prepared in pursuance of this Notification subject to the conditions laid down in G.O. MS. No. 142/72/PD dated 13.04.1972, G.O. MS. No. 309/73/PD dated 20.11.1973 and G.O. (P) 21/76/PD dated 17.01.1976 allowing special reservations to Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes in accordance with the procedures made for this purpose from time to time and subject to the rules under sections 3 ( c ), 17 (a), 17 (b) of Part II of Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1958.
