The ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for SC, ST, Latin Catholic, Viswakarma, Other X’ians & Dheevara communities as unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the ranked list, published on 29.11.2005 for the post.
5. Method of Appointment : Direct Recruitment from among SC, ST, Latin Catholic,Viswakarma, Other X’ians & Dheevara Community.
Note I: In the absence of SC or ST candidates the applications of ST or SC candidates will also be considered.
Note II: Application submitted by candidates belonging to other than SC, ST, Latin Catholic, Viswakarma, Other X’ians, Dheevara communities will be rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to them individually.
6. Age Limit : Must have completed 18(Eighteen) years and must not have completed 35 (Thirty Five) years of age on 01.01.2007

7. Qualifications :

Pass in the Dental Hygienist course conducted in the Dental college, Thiruvananthapuram or its equivalent. |

The application form which is a single sheet of paper specially designed for processing through Optical Mark Reader (OMR) also. Candidates have to fill up both sides of the application. . Each application form contains a unique eight digit barcode on side ‘A’. This barcode number is unique for each application. The candidate has to quote this number for further enquiries.
The application forms will be available in the Post Offices inside the State and Offices of the Kerala Public Service Commission.
The cost of application form is Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only).Cost of application fro Scheduled Cast/Scheduled Tribe candidates in the state of Kerala is Rs.5/- (Rupees Five only). An information brochure will be supplied with the application form. Candidates should read the instructions carefully before filling up the form.

The Applications can also be submitted by on-line facility provided in the website of the Kerala Public Service Commission. Detailed instructions regarding the submission of applications are available in the website of the Kerala Public Service Commission viz. www.keralapsc.org. No application fee is required. The barcode number in the application form shall be quoted in all further enquires/correspondence. Documents to prove qualification, age and community have to be produced as and when called for. Applications which are submitted not in accordance with the instructions given in the website will be summarily rejected.

10. The applicant shall send his application in the cover supplied with the application form. Applications should be submitted in the form devised and printed by the Kerala Public Service Commission and applications otherwise submitted will be summarily rejected.

Must have ITI (Surveyor Trade) Certificate introduced w.e.f the year 1966 OR Experience in Military Service for a period of 6 years in D’man Trade. OR The successful completion of Chain Survey & Computer Draughtsman Course conducted by the Survey Department under special assistance to special component plan 1983-84 shall be deemed as sufficient technical qualification for the post in the case of Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe candidates. (G.O(P)No.358/97/RD dated 22.5.97 & G.O(P) No.36/2000/RD dated 08.02.2000) 3. In the absence of candidates with the technical qualifications mentioned in (2)above, a pass in Chain Survey & Computer D’man Test shall be deemed sufficient. 4. In the absence of candidates with any of the technical qualification mentioned above in 2 & 3 a pass in Chain Survey Test shall be deemed sufficient. |
