Degree of a recognised University.
Probation: A person appointed to the post shall be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
Training: A person selected to the post shall from the date on which he/she joins duty undergo training for a period of six months in the various offices in the Panchayath Department. During the period of training he/she shall be paid an allowance as prescribed by Government.
Test: A person appointed to the post shall within the period of probation pass the test in Manual of Office Procedure, Account Test (Lower) and Kerala Panchayath Officer’s Test.
