Note:- (1) In the case of experience certificate from private institutions/firms, the same shall be attested by an officer who is authorized to inspect the firm as provided in the relevant Act or Rules enacted by the Government of Kerala/Government of India. The declaration in the Experience Certificate from Government/Public Sector Institution/Firm may be attested by the Head of the Institution.
(2) Experience Certificate should be got attested by the concerned Controlling Authority/Administrative Authority of Government. The genuineness of the certificate will be subjected to verification and if found bogus, legal action will be taken against the authorities who issue and the candidates who produce bogus certificate.
9. (a) Application Form:- The application form which is a single sheet of paper specially designed for processing through Optical Mark Reader (OMR) also. Candidates have to fill up both sides of the application. Each application form contains a unique eight digit barcode on side ‘A’. This barcode number is unique for each application. The candidates has to quote this number for further enquiries.
The application forms will be available in the Post Offices in the State and Offices of the Kerala Public Service Commission.
The cost of application form is Rs.10 (Rupees Ten Only). The Cost of application form for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates is Rs.5/- (Rupees Five only). An information brochure will be supplied with the application form. Candidates should read the instructions carefully before filling up the form.
(b) Applications through on-line- Applications can also be submitted by on-line facility provided in the Website of the Kerala Public Service Commission. Detailed instructions regarding the submission of applications are available in the Website of Kerala Public Service Commission viz. www.keralapsc.org. No application fee is required. The barcode number in the application form shall be quoted in all further enquiries/correspondence. Documents to prove qualification, age and community have to be produced as and when called for. Application which are submitted not in accordance with the instructions given in the Website will be summarily rejected.
10. The applicant shall send the application in the cover supplied with the application form. Applications should be submitted in the form devised and printed by the Kerala Public Service Commission and Applications otherwise submitted will be summarily rejected.
11. Mode of sending application:
a) The name of the Post, the Category number and the Department of the respective post should be clearly noted at the top of the envelope.
b) The name and address of the candidate shall be entered at the bottom left hand corner and the address to which applications are to be sent, at the bottom right hand corner of the envelope.
