| The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the | ||||||
| result of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 16.8.2003 for the post of Lower Division Clerk | ||||||
| on Rs. 3050-5230 In Various Departments in Idukki District, (This will include the integrated post of | ||||||
| Lower Division Clerk/ Village Assistant in the Revenue Department, Idukki Dt.)arranged in the order | ||||||
| of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force w.e.f. 18.12.2003. The list for Direct Recruitment | ||||||
| will be in force till the publication of a new ranked list after the expiry of three years which ever is | ||||||
| earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and | ||||||
| orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vaca- | ||||||
| ncies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment | ||||||
| depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the | ||||||
| list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will | ||||||
| have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list. | ||||||
| The list of candidates for "Recruitment by Transfer from Low Paid Employees" contains | ||||||
| the names of candidates selected for appointment arranged in the order of merit. The candidates | ||||||
| included in this list shall be advised against the 5% vacancies reserved for them purely on the | ||||||
| basis of merit. Candidates selected but could not secure appointment before the expiry of the | ||||||
| ranked list for direct recruitment, will be included on the top of the new ranked list of Low Paid | ||||||
| Employees to be brought into force in response to fresh notification for selection to the post of | ||||||
| Lower Division Clerk in Various Departments in Idukki, irrespective of their length of Service and | ||||||
| they will be given appointment accordingly. In case there are no candidates to fill up the 5% | ||||||
| reservation quota for low paid employees, such vacancies will be filled up by direct recruitment. | ||||||
| According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of Answer Script is not allowed. But | ||||||
| re-checking of marks will be done on payment of Rs. 10/-. The fee should be remitted in any one | ||||||
| of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 state PSC 99 examn. | ||||||
| Fee". The marks awarded will be checked a second time and if it is found that there is variation in | ||||||
| valuation, the answer script concerned will be got revalued. The original chalan receipt together | ||||||
| with the application for re-checking should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commi- | ||||||
| ssion District Office, Idukki, Kattappana.P.O, within two months from the date of publication of the | ||||||
| result. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. | ||||||
| The entries put in column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the | ||||||
| candidates in their application form and proved by them with necessary documents. The candida- | ||||||
| tes whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applic- | ||||||
| ation should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District | ||||||
| Office, Idukki, Kattappana P .O., within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the | ||||||
| benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absesce of timely information regarding | ||||||
| discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list. | ||||||
